This page was designed to be viewed with at least a 800 by 600 resolutions with at least 16bit color depth.  Failure to meet these minimum requirements will result in poor color quality and the misalignment of graphics and text.

This website also requires Microsoft's Internet Explorer 4.0 or better to properly view all effects within the site.  Netscape browsers will work however Netscape browsers will not properly read some of the code therefore not displaying all effects.  However this site can still be read by Netscape browsers without a problem.
